I think Korg have needed a well overdue boot up the arse since the newer generation s**t parts Electribes were clearly built in some slave type toy factory. I found the keyboard of my dreams when I bought the R3 only to have to return it due to similair toy parts again included on a glitchy product ...

It does not really deserve the Tribe name, especially if there is ever to be a future analogue proper ElectribeAnaPoly in the works. Its knobs seem a bit wobbly/weak if you look at certain prototype videos so if Korg are going to get round to making a bigger analogue Electribe soon I want better ...

1/ How many revolutions of the 8 step Bar does the Synth record for? On an old 'tribe it would be 4 revolutions of bars & on a new 'tribe it would be 8 revolutions (on a Korgkaossilator I think it was 2 revolutions) so I am supposing/expecting that this will do at least 4 oldened day revolutions if ...

Hi Mike. Hi We don't upload massive images to the server for the web site i'm afraid. Mike Yes, clearly. But why not when most others do (maybe not massive but, at least, big enough images to see the instruments features that you are trying to em... sell )? Hi Is there something wrong in walking ...

Maybe the 'retro design' also features the ability to sound like an old bashed keyboard from the 70's when being moved around (due to old rattling loose parts inside!) Seriously though if they are made like this then what is the f*cking point. And here was me getting my hopes up again about maybe ...

Right, I didn't actually create an account on file factory at the time I posted it, it let me just upload the thing, this may explain the crap that's up there. FileFactory must be allowing more badware ads on even their free host choice now. Thats a shame (kind of rules it out altogether, although ...

i dont know what you meant about 'pattern sets' so i cant be of any help..... On the Korg Electribes, thankfully, you can assign any of 16 patterns to a step key for quick pattern jumping (otherwise you are playing a russian roulette type live set with the twitchy pattern dial). If the Microsampler ...

Pattern Switching?

Can this only be done with the dial? If so it would be pretty hard to accurately jump from pattern 1 to 5 to 12, then back again, no? And how does the transition of the pattern sound when switching (ie; does it 1/ stay locked until the end of the bar then switch or 2/ jump to the next pattern in ...

That nanoKONTROL looks like fun.. too bad it's USB-only, it could also be useful when connected directly to a synth. Yeah, I wanted to use the Nano Controls to control the nrpn/cc volumes, etc in my EM-1 & ER-1 mk2. It is the perfect size for them (for both my live electro/techno sets and) in my ...
