sounds like a power supply issue . Could be the transformer in the Triton or could be a faulty power lead or anything between your Triton's brain and the power supply ,plugs, extensions, wall socket etc or even something as unusual as fluctuations in AC house power supply. I was one of the lucky ones. I bought mine from new after several unsuccessful years of pulling my hair out using PCs . I think if you have a good head on your shoulders and a reliable PC set up there's no reason for good result that way but just to eliminate those system conflicts and compatibility ...
