Saving to EXBs
Dear Korg Gurus who sleep with thier boards and have knowledge beyond that of us humble users: Before I do something stupid... can I save settings into the EXB slots? They are all filled with those InitialProg settings (or non settings) now. What I'm wondering is can I assign settings I plan to use ...

Thanks..
but...
... this allows me to adjust the beats per minute but leaves me in 4/4 time. How to I change to 3/4 time, for example -- or 9/16? Will the metranome only function in 4/4 time?
Thanks, again, for your speedy reply.

Changing Meter?
Does anyone know how to change the meter (preset to 4/4) when you are recording?
Thanks,

I have an MGear pedal and I love, love, love it. Any sustain pedal will work with this board from what I can tell, you just have to program it accordingly. The reason I like t his pedal so much is it hasa bit of rubber backing on it so it doesn't slip around on hard flooring. If you are sitting this ...

Is a Korg Classic the same as a Korg Pro-X?
I've looked everywhere for a voice list for the Korg Pro-X with no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I usually play a Studio and not all those sounds are on the older (right?) Pro-X but I play that board a few times a month and I'm always dialing around a lot trying to figure out ...

Would a switch pedal help me?
Usually when I need to be able to move between two sounds quickly I find one on the program side and one on the combi side and preset but sometimes (like today, lol) I want to switch between two sounds only found in one bank. Would a switch pedal help me? Is this something quiet or will it CLICK ...

Ah ha!
Thanks all for the responses. I played out Saturday night and the band leader brought his Triton with the SAME pedal and he had it setup exactly as I've been trying. I was starting to think my pedal was busted or something was wrong with the Korg. Anyway, I was (DUH DUH DUH) using a mono cable to ...

How to connect & program my new Behringer FCV100 Foot Pe
Yikes! We're so confused. The Triton I normally use has a Korg pedal with one cable going from the pedal to the board to control the volume. We've tried everything with this one and nothing is working. This pedal has 2 inputs and 2 outputs (says it can control the volume of up to 2 devices at a time ...

No sound - Outputs or Headphones
:( Ugh - I just got a Triton that I won on eBay (from what appears to be a reputable seller) today and we set it up and can't get any SOUND out at all. We've tried the headphone jack and all 4 outputs to a working amp but nothing. When we plug it into the amp we get the pop and static like it knows ...

I got a Studio!

I really felt like the weighted keys were huge for me and I haven't been able to exploit the sounds yet on it. I'm sure if I *had* an Extreme I'd have a hard time giving up all those sounds.
May be a Moss Board in my future...
Thanks

This is all good info...
I do think since I'm a piano player the weighted keys are huge for me. I've played an Alesis some and the keys makes me a little nuts. I find myself sort of pounding on them when I don't feel like I'm getting good sounds control from my playing. Ha - I still have the learn how to PLAY a CD on the ...

Extreme vs. Studio, 76 vs. 88
Ugh, I've been reading and reading and reading so now I'm just going to ask for advice. I was stuck on aquiring a Studio 88 but since that hasn't happened yet, I'm starting to think about a 76 instead. Will I really miss those 12 keys? I'm starting to think no so much, plus more transportable. Other ...

Difference between slide volume control and volume pedal?
Does one over ride the other? I always use the pedal because, well, my hands are busy - lol! How should I set the slide control on the keyboard when I use the pedal? Can someone help me understand the difference between the two?
Thx
