Kronos Editor 2.0 ** Possible Bug

I cant say for sure if this worked in the prior version of the editor, but I might have found a bug in the Version 2 editor. Editor Screen: Combi Mode 1. Select any timbre 2. Under Status, where it says INT, change to EX2 (for external device) 3. The program number is now greyed out, not enabling ...

This is a splendid idea. But, no WiFi on Kronos, I guess? USB could work, though. I was actually thinking iPad WiFi > MAC/PC > USB > Kronos :D I was thinking about live usage - to have a bigger display there, that can be slanted however you want. :) Agree, from my perspective, the iPad is the way ...

Re: Kronos 88 portability/maneuvrability

Hi, Has anyone moved an 88 around much yet? I haven't seen one yet, and although I know what 23kg feels like as a dumbell in the gym (not so bad), wondered how this translates when you figure in the physical dimensions. Tried carrying it up stairs, or walked 50m with it? I usually don't use a case ...

Re: JK mini-blog 01 - importing sample instruments

- loaded it into a sample converter (in my case Extreme Sample Converter, allowing to convert many formats up to Kontakt 4 sounds) - had it converted to SF2 and saved I checked out this program online and it only looks like it's for windows... Jim, do you know an alternative? I really ...

I'm just beginning reading the manuals, so I ask for help with the question: a) is there ANY additional EXi or patch content on the Kronos CDs which is not yet preloaded when I start the Kronos? or b) the Kronos comes preloaded with ALL available EXi/Patch/Sample content Just want to be sure I don ...

Re: RH3 Question for Kronos 88 owners

The VERY last white key on the keyboard (far right)... With the volume at 0, does that last key sound different when hitting it and letting it go? Does it seem a little bouncier to you? I noticed it a couple nights ago. Hit and release it real quick (like when you pluck a rubber band) and see if it ...

I wish I had a continuum, i do. Guess i could have sacrificed the Kronons...LOL not happening.... I wish Haken would develop more affordable models....$3k for a controller is steep. In terms of future controllers though, in my opinion, its the iPad. There is no way around it. Yes there are ...

Re: Kronos 88 - First Impressions

Well, it finally happened. My Kronos 88 arrived yesterday, and I was able to squeeze in some quality time. Below are some first impressions: Overall appearance: Very modern, classy and elegant. The gloss end caps, smudge-resistant top finish and understated theme make this look like a high-end ...
