I’m impressed by how Korg have taken 3 products - the ModEave, OpSix and WaveState, and converted them into (checks notes) … 14 different products. It’s especially amazing given that the OpSix and WaveState are really based on the Kronos and OASYS, which was based on the WaveStation and Korg’s VPM s ...

Something new coming from Arturia?
It looks like a rack effects unit of some sort or they are jumping on the guitar effects band wagon. It also could be V Collection 10... https://www.youtube.com/shorts/7L2qeAlHt6M

I honestly don't mind that only the 88 keys polyphonic after touch, normally the most expensive product has increased functionality or better specs, look at iPhones for example. It is a way for them to sell more of the expensive units and make more profit. The main screen is smaller than expected, I ...

MPC Key 61
I have to admit I wasn't too keen on the product but after reading and watching reviews I truly believe this is a nice improvement on the workstation concept. I will be buying one if they release an 88 version with a bigger screen. I am interested to see if Korg will be upping their game when it ...

Korg Triton Extreme Parts
Hi everyone. I have a Korg Triton Extreme that had a knock a few years ago. I didn't pay for repairs to be done to it at the time but they only added up to a few hundred pounds and nothing major is wrong with it. Just simple internal resoldering work. If anyone is interested or knows of who would ...

Interesting...
Looks like a similar button and rotary knob interface (if not slightly reduced) but with a bigger screen which could suggest that more parameter feedback will be seen on the same screen and the same buttons and knobs will be used to cycle through different parameters instead of having individually ...

I would agree with that. I would put my money on the Kronos being updated again for a new release. It depends on how much advance warning they were given about the unavailability of parts. The Trition series was kept running for sometime so I hope they make the Kronos the new Triton series and keep ...

According to most suppliers both the Kronos and Kronos X are now discontinued. This was Korgs reply when I asked them about it: "We currently have no stock but will confirm the position by mid November 2014". Whether or not that means that they will have new electronic parts to build more of the ...

You might want to look at a module like this for midi to cv compatibility: http://www.doepfer.de/home_e.htm it is nice because it has the midi through so if you wanted to at one stage build a polyphonic modular system it could be done fairly easily.
