I only just got my sampler this week.
If there's one for August I'll have a pop at it..... but no laughing please.
I'm assuming the rules are recorded straight from the sampler with no other DAW or instruments?

Regarding the last challenge: were you sampling straight off the youtube links?

Just to be clear, you are actually -importing- the samples, right? You keep saying you are replacing the files on the SD card, but this does nothing. Try putting the mono sample on the card, boot up, import the mono sample into the stereo slot through the menus, then Export All Samples. That's ...

Wierd. It seemd to be happening to me as well. If I export all samples and turn the tribe off the samples arent there. If I export all samples then write the samles have savde when I switch the tribe back on.
At this point the loading notice shows at startup.

Maybe a moderator can give some clarity about advertising on this forum.

Do you replace the new samples in the old samples slot?
After replacing them, do you "export all samples" or "export sample" from the menu?

Finally got my sampler yesterday and had a little play(just with the default sounds, so getting the hang of writing patterns, using IFX, MFX etc). I then turned my attention to importing my old sounds as I don't want to use Korg's forever. So it seems that if I want to import samples via the SD card ...

I've been told Korg will be shipping them to UK vendors end of next week and pre-ordered deliveries to follow soon after.

It's all gone verrrrrrryyyyyyyy quiet again.

When I saw it out in US and Japan I kind of got my hopes up but I'm starting to lose the will to wait anymore.

I've seen that when working off samples stored on a removable drive somewhere and I haven't properly saved the files onto my hard drive. So perhaps Ableton's looking for a SD card which isn't connected?
