Beat yourself up all you want, Tony. But I am jumping up and down with excitement! I can't WAIT to get my hand on this puppy! :D Sina Sina, so to understand you, I can cure myself being pissed about Korg's treatment of high end customers by buying a Kronos :-k Not sure how that works. Anyway, you ...

It's OK, Tony (I'm not completely happy either) just wanted to say I think it makes not much sense to talk more about it. Especially in this form: "if I were a user I would be pissed". Just an observation Akos, but you perpetuate these threads even more than I do  I'm always happy to take the ...

Just found out about Kronos a few days ago. Today was the first time I did any research on it. If I were a Oasys user, I would be pissed that Korg stopped developing Oasys and released an entirely new flagship workstation. So would I. Hang on........I am an Oasys user.......and you're right, I am ...

I think it is highly unlikely that you would be able to pursuade any Oasys owners to copy the 4 discs for you. Certainly as far as I am concerned refusing to copy is the only way I can help to ensure that no stolen Oasys keyboards are activated, especially if you "no longer have the CDs because of a ...

Good to hear and of course you'll use the repair guy again.Pianomanjess wrote:It was out of warranty, and it's going to cost me $175.04. He is only charging me 1 hour of labor, and the cost of the hard drive.
Goes without saying that there is a moral to this story that Korg might want to take heed of

Re: My OASYS has been repaired!
I don't know if this would be a new topic, or if i was supposed to find the original topic I made and reply to it, so it may have to be moved. I was asked though when I found out what the problem was I would let everyone know. I originally posted about my KORG OASYS 88 locking up at the load screen ...

They could offer a rebate on future Korg purchases for those who did buy them and offer them for free to everyone else a sort of middleground Ah but you are obviously a very reasonable person who might rightly consider high end customers as people you should respect and ensure they remain happy. I ...

I think Korg should leave well enough alone regarding the codes because it wouldn't be fair to those who've already purchased them. Besides, Korg would stand to loose money in doing so. And, as we've seen with the premature demise of the Oasys, they're doing what's necessary to avoid non-profitable ...

This is why I was really hoping that Korg Japan would provide free unlock codes for all of the OASYS instruments as a goodwill gesture to those owners who have not yet purchased them. And so say all of us.... [-o< I'd start a poll on this but it would just give Korg something else to laugh at and ...
