Re: V-Machine has landed.
Hi all. My -V-Machine arrived today as I expected and while I'll post a mode detailed review later, maybe even a video, I've got a few comments so far. Looking forward to your review. I wasn't aware of this product, and by googling I found the v-rack with betters specs and about double the price ...

I'm happy I purchased the Oasys and always will be - its the best thing I've ever played. I myself am not upset by the lack of a decent sequencer on the O, as I gave up years ago and bought an MPC4K, and furthermore there are lots of other options from other companies for hardware sequencers. I'm ...

seq mode volume
Hi all, When I play in program or combi mode, the volume I set seems to stick. However, when I enter seq mode, the volume of the channels coming out of my monitors is much lower. I've maxed out the volume of the channels in "MIDI Prog/Mixer" and "Audio Track Mixer" , but I still have to almost ...

Guitars
Hi all, One of the things I'm having a hard time doing with my O is getting its presets to replace the guitars I use on other synths. In certain cases, the "screaming tube guitar" is great, but for me its too distorted on the low end. I have very limited in jam space, so for example I'm trying to ...

Connecting triton classic, mpc4000 and oasys together
Hi all, can I get advice please about connecting my setup together? What I'm trying to do is: route midi from computer via midisport 4x4 to 3 devices so I can mix and match sounds. The three devices are the mpc4000, oasys 88 and a triton classic 88. The midi part seems easy enough. Matching the ...

Kool video Mike, thanks! I've been following it but I can't get a signal in the Preferences audio levels. Here's what I'm doing: 1) I lay down the measures fine into the midi tracks. Afterwards, I can hit the sequencer buttons locate then start/stop and hear what I recorded via my speakers connected ...

Stumbled accross an mpc4000, what can it do with the oasys?
Hi all, I was visiting a friend and unexpectedly bought a mint condition mpc4000 for US $800 cash - too cheap to pass up I thought. I'll update it to 512MB asap. I've had my oasys 88 for about 2 weeks now, and I recently ordered the unofficial oasys dvd. I've searched the forums a bit but I'd like ...

International travel help needed!
Hi all, I bought an oasys 88 keyboard with 2GB of memory and a SKB case on ebay for $6K and sent it to my parents house. However, I'm an American expatriot living in Brazil. My parents are comming to visit me next month, and amazingly enough they agreed to bring the oasys for me. Typically bringing ...
