so how do download them into the kybrd?

One way is to use the USB Storage Mode.
It's explained on page 193 of the Param. Guide.
You'll need a CF card in the back of the Extreme.
You can also unplug the CF card from the Extreme,
and by using your computer's CF reader, transfer files to it.
The Extreme's USB port also allows the hookup of external devices, which is another
way of getting the data to the Extreme.

you should format it first in the extreme to work properly.i formatted mine before i started getting those free pcgs and samples here in the forum.i have 2Gig Kingston Data Traveller.much handy than using your CF.i also have a compact flash card but i don't use it as much.i reserve it for 'sampling to media'.i primarily use the usb drive to download stuffs.

frustrated KORG user!!! TEX76,w/Moss,Kurzweil PC161!!Both used live!

Guys. I uploaded all the free pcg on my compact flash into the extreme.
But everytime I load, it prompts me with "file path" and I have to select the folder but still, "file/path error" message.
It actually loads the names of the combies but they don't sound right; they're all pianos so I'm guessing it didn't load the pcg data.
Any clues please?

Saving temporarily created programs
I have a number of unique .wav files stored on a thumb drive which I load when I turn my keyboard on for a gig. I then go through a series of steps to create sample, then multisample and finally into a program. I subsequently include that program in combi and use selected keys to trigger the desired loaded sample. I'm trying to figure out how I can avoid this whole routine everytime I turn my keyboard on. Once I created the program, is there a way I can save the program (with the associated sample/multisample) back onto my thumb drive such that I only need to load the programs when I turn the keyboard on?
I'd very much appreciate any advise.
Thanks.
Stephen

C_hammal, this Karma Folder is incomplete, I tried it several times, but seems to me somebody forgot to upload pcg data.
I tried all the things from download section, liked only few...
Enigma flute is a good stuff, really good samples, useful pcgs. And there is a folder Guitars, also good stuff, spanish guitars.
But there's no sample and no sound to one of your one, one that your created to suit your needs.
