hush noise when pressing the harmony button

does anyone know's how to get rid of the hush noise when you press the harmony button( when connecting a mic ) to the vocaliser????????

its really killing me, i'm so annoyed.,....

My problem was gone for a while, I don't know what happens, now it's back. If you use an external mixer try to connect to the insert, for me that works better.

I use the harmony some times and had to learn myself how to use it and figure out to use it with a gentle touch. Dont shout or use hard vokal. If you had to, use a longer distance to the mic. It tok me some time but now its rather nice when I sing duet with myself.
