Post by shahid »

I have completed the following sequence by using my DESI Kit.
You can download DESI Kit for free from my web site, www.melodytracks.com

This is NOT a MIDI, it's a full Styles sequence with all parts.
To download PA800 format files .STY & .PAD, please visit www.MelodyTracks.com
You can hear the DEMOs of each part as well, like what's in Intro 1,2,3 etc.....

Intros, Vars, Fills, Endings
NOW

Hi,

You can use DESI Kit in two ways,
• Either load my Styles which I have made by using DESI Kit (After loading DESI kit which you have loaded)
• Or you can make you own Styles using this Kit.

According to the first option, I have FREE Indian kehrawa Set composed with 4 Variations and this set can be downloaded from my web site.

= Download that set
= Unzip the file
= Copy the unzipped main folder “Kehrawa.SET” on to USB
= Connect USb to PA800
= Hit Media button
= Now, on the screen, make sure, you have “USB-F” selected which is on the bottom left corner.
= Hit “Load” tab, now you will see the folder “Kehrawa.SET” as USB contents, just highlight it by touching.
= Hit “Load”
= Hit “Exit” button to get back (Exit is not on the touch screen  but on the keyboard panel.
= Now you can find 4 Variations of Kehrawa set in the STYLE section ,USER1 button.
=Select the Style going into User 1
= Play it !!
= Enjoy changing Variation 1-4

According to the second option, you have to learn how to make new Styles (You can use DESI Kit.

How to record a new Style.

1. Hit Record button
2. on the screen, hit “Record New Style”
3. Hit Ok
4. Now, on the bottom, you have 8 tracks, Drums, Perc, ……..
5. Highlight track “Perc”
6. in the middle of the screen, you will se written “Percussion Kit”, just hit it.
7. Hit “User” on the screen
8. Hit “User DK” which is on the right hand side.
9. Now, you will see “Bhangra Kit” , just hit it
10. Now you are back to main screen which is “Style record” mode anyhow.
11. Now, in all the keys of your keyboard, you have my DESI/ Bhangra Kit loaded, check by hitting all keys.
12. You can compose any new style you want using this kit.

I send lovely Indian FREE styles in the forum time to time

Hi Shahid,

You're doing an excellent job on all your sequences that you do. it is very hard to tell the difference between the original and the one you made even the instrument sound are so perfectly matched.

regards,

Amiri
