There's no info on the Korg USA site regarding what the new update has.
At Korg UK, it states..........."This is a minor upgrade for the lead-free CD-RW1 and contains no bug fixes or improvements of functions."

So, basically if you have version 2.01 installed, you're fine.
If you want to upgrade the CD-RW1, install version 2.02.

I lost a whole bunch of stuff I thought was programmed into the triton after I did the updating. :/ I'm new at this. All my multi programs are gone, along with any piano sounds that were in the regualr programs. How can I get them back? Please help. I have the Triton studio factory preload data floppy, and the studio bonus sound pack that the guy I bought this from gave me.

Don't know if the info is on either of those but couldn't figure out how to load it if it were anyhow.

Help please.

Always, Always back up your stuff before changing anything. I know it won't bring back your stuff (unless you did save it) but its a valuable lesson to have learned the hardway!

(and I'm sure we've all done it and spent countless hours having to recreate!)

Can the new os be loaded from the harddrive or does it have to be on the 3.5 disks?

os upgrade to 2.02e

Post by julioxkingbeat »

I upgraded from 2.02 to 2.02e. Should that show up on the startup screen? It still says 2.02, but from all indications it did upgrade. Thanks

A friend of mine needs the latest OS for Triton Studio. The link above no longer works and the OS is not on the Korg support site either. Can somebody please help to locate the latest OS? Thanks.
