PROBLEM WITH PA800 MPS PLAYER

HELLO THERE IM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY MP3 PLAYER ON MY PA 800
EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT UNTIL I TRANSPOSE IT UP OR DOWN.THEN
I GET THIS SHORT WAVEY CHOURS SOUND ON ALL THE MUSIC PLAYING.
ITS THGE SAME ON BOTH PLAYERS.IT DOESNT STOP UNTIL I TRANSPOSE
BACK TO NORMAL.HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP;THANKS

So it's not just me who is having the same problem. But nobody seems to know nothing about this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use my MP3 players all the times and I do use transpose but it works fine. Thanks
