TouchView® Screen has suddenly and inexplicably gone dim

Post by AdamBomb »

I turned on my Triton after moving it from one location to another without any bumps or bangs and suddenly the display was dim and streaky. It still works perfectly and responds to touch like a champ. When I leave it on for awhile it gets a little brighter but still dim and still streaked.

So I have two questions:

1. How could this have happened?
2. How can I fix it?

Thank any and everyone for your help

If you have moved it you have probably inadvertantly adjusted the contrast dial at the back by the individual outs. If you try adjusting it you should find the screen returns to normal.

That was it! I kind of feel like a dumbass, but at least I'm not a dumbass with a $300 problem on their hands. Thanks a lot.

A very grateful and much relieved Adam
