PadKontrol Editor Software does not work :-/

PadKontrol Editor Software does not work :-/

Hi,

I just got my Korg Padkontrol for Christmas, but the editor software does not work.
Whenever I press "receive" or "transmit" it says: "Device Inquiry Error".

Can anyone help me to solve this?

Have you solved this yet, if not check in windows device manager that the padkontrol is listed in the "Sounds Video ...." section. Also make sure you have selected the correct ports in the editor preferences tab
