Can the kp3's line input channel bypass the effects?

I just got a kaoss pad for various applications but the main one was for djing, I plugged it in and noticed there was no normal line audio coming out, is there a way of setting it to default bypass?

If your plan is using it as an effects box, just route the send of your mixer to Line in of the KP3 and the Line out of KP3 to the return of the mixer.That's the normal way to do it.
