Filtering Midi Signals

I'm using my TR to send tempo Midi signals to a Motif Rack ES on CH 1, but am using another keyboard to send key stroke and volume pedal information to the Rack ES. That works but my TR is also sending Master Volume midi signals. I don't want my TR pedal to control the Rack ES. Is there any way to prevent the TR from sending master volume signals (while allowing it to continue to send tempo information).
