65 new styles
When I downloaded the newest operating system, 3.0 I was expecting to find 65 new styles. Was I wrong to expect that or did I miss something? By the way, I downloaded the new resources also.

I promise you they are new and only work with OS3.01 and MR 3.00, so you can't have had them loaded before the upgrade. See the release note that is in the .ZIP file, and load them into DirectHD banks where they will be very accessible and useful (press the Style button until both LED's light up, now you are accessing the DirectHD banks).

Thanks to Rob in Greece and Pete in Australia. Just so both will know, I did find the 65 styles. They apparently downloaded when I installed 3.0. The only problem I'm having is downloading them from the HD to a empty space in the other onboard styles. Not to worry, I'm persistant plus its amazing what you can do when you've had a Budwieser or two. Take care where you are.

Korg's bonus collection of 64 new styles is a separate download, which you must have initiated and then loaded onto your Pa keyboard after you had performed the OS3.00 upgrade. The link to the bonus collection is this one ...
http://www.korgpa.com/pa_root/software/ ... ection.zip
Inside the .zip file is a set of release notes telling you how to load the 64 styles into the Direct HD banks. These do not take up any user style space at all.
I'm not sure what you mean by "downloading" from HD. The phrase "download" usually applies to the transfer of files from a web server to your personal computer. Then you unpack the .zip file on your PC to extract the release notes and the .SET folder. Then you use the USB link to copy the .SET folder from your PC to your Pa1x's HD. You can store the .SET file anywhere on the HD you like, there will never be a problem with empty space.
Then you follow the relase notes an use the Open procedure instead of the Load procedure in order to load the contents of the .SET file into the Direct HD banks instead of the User Banks.
Hope this helps,
