seems that in the user dk the right sounds not on the places they should be - at dk´s there are standards - maybe you must change the keys the sounds lying on - means - re-organise the user dk.

Hey,

That was the same problem i used to face and wondered for for a few weeks trying to fix it.. I finally realised that the .SET i was loading required 32MB of ram.. but i only had 16MB.. thats why not everything got loaded...

So the way i fixed it was, I bout extra RAM and now haev 32MB.. and everything loads perfectly..

Not sure if thats the case for you but have a think bout it.. Is the .SET 32MB?

Hi Nishra,

Yes you can. The RAM upgrade part number is Pa2x, and gives you 128 Mb as standard with option of another 128 Mb :-)

Hi Nishra,

It was a little humour from me. Sorry it got lost in the translation.

There has been much discussion on this forum about the maximum 32 Mb RAM limit on the Pa1x and it is a limit imposed by the circuit design of the Pa1x. There is no way round it. Certainly you can plug SIMM modules into the Pa1x that have more than 16Mb capacity but the extra address line(s) needed to use the extra RAM is/are not present on the Pa1x.

The filesize must not be only the used sample ram.
32 is max. at PA1X.
