Dear PA800 users! I have a couple of questions and I hope you can help me find answers to them.
1. I can't load kmp's.
I have my kmp's on the USB stick, arranged the following way: a folder contains a kmp-file and another folder with corresponding ksf's (the name of the kmp-file and the ksf-folder is the same).
So, I go to Sound mode, enter the Sampling mode by pressing Record. Then press the upper right corner button on the display for the dropdown menu, from which I choose Import. After that I pick the necessary kmp-file to be imported and the process starts.
Now the problem itself. The import process ends up in two ways:
A. The dialog window hides, everything seems ok. But there is no sound when I try to play something, and actually no sample data loaded.
B. The dialog window freezes and nothing happens until I get the USB stick out of PA800. When I do that, PA800 says like "Unsuppoted file format".
What is the matter, can someone please tell?
2. I have a lot of blank sound locations when I load certain sets.
Maybe, it's normal. But still, when I load a certain set, there are many sounds that just don't sound. For instance, I have 8 sounds on one page. 5 of them sound, the other three don't. Though, they aren't marked as "empty", they do have titles.
3. How do I get back to factory presets?
What is the right way to do it? I want the content and settings of my PA800 to be just as it was when I bought the instrument.
I mean, maybe the abovementioned problems appeared because I had loaded GLOBAL folders of the sets.
