I imagine it's possible, but so far I'm pretty sure the USB doesn't transfer any audio. I think it's really unlikely that they'd update it to do that though, because it's nowhere on the specification.

a simple firmware won't probably do as it requires some sort of audio controller chip which i guess the kp3 doesnt have

would be a great addition to the line tho

I asked the same question about a year ago. It does seem that all the necessary hardware is there in terms of connectivity but internally there are probably issues that may not be addressable in software upgrades or hacks. Would be very nice though.

How about a KP3 SDK?
