adding sounds while playing

Post by Lisandro91 »

Hi, I've got a tr 76...i have a question for you
How can I add sound in a combi while i'm playing?
Example: I'm playing a combi which has the attack piano program and the stereo string program, how can I add the string program in another moment whitout changing combi? I must use a sw ? An on\off pedal?

You don't specify "when" you want to add those strings sound...

Anyway, the easier way to accomplish your goal is to assign an expression pedal such as Korg EXP-2 or Yamaha FC7 to strings volume.

To start, have a look at page 227 of TR Parameter Guide.

You can also do this with a knob, as in Combi C-96, in fact, the piano used in that combi is B001 Acoustic Piano, if you just change that to your Attack Piano, you may have what you're looking for, and if not you could change the string patch also, but the control you're looking for is on Knob one, notice on the main screen that knob one is assigned to "Voulme", it'll bring the string patch in, or out, as you rotate the knob.
I use this myself.
