Kaoss Pad and Synth

Hi to all!

I just got my Kaoss Pad a few weeks ago and I'm trying to use one of his effects as I am playing my synth, but I want some loops from banks A,B and C playing at the same time too. The thing is I don't want the effect I'm using for the synth to be applied to the loops from banks A,B,C as they playback. Is that possible?

So that it means in real time I can only apply 1 effect ?!!
