Korg MS2000B and the Roland Fantom XR

Ok, so basically me and some mates are starting a band, and instead of lugging my massive controller keyboard which weighs in excess of 25kg around to use my roland im thinking of using my ms2000b as the controller for it. ive used the ms2000b as a controller for the xr before, but what im wondering is if its possible to program the front sound selection keys to switch between sounds on the XR.

the kind of songs which have been written require the keyboard to switch around between rhodes and organ alot, and also synth.

also another thing im wondering is, should just bring my Roland XP80 as controller + Fantom XR + Ms200b (for synth)
or just bring

ms2000b + fantom xr and use the korg for both synth and controller..

my main problem is i dont drive im only 18 and havent bothered to get a license yet (cant afford)

any advice would be appreciated.
