thank you!sonaroid wrote:It depends on how patch is programmed. It might be vibrato, filter cut/resonance, volume swell, pitch etc.
Hello (for all newbies like me)

I think that new keyboard comes with 16Mb RAM and you buy extra modules, and yes you need RAM to load samples.Just to add one more point Nikola, I bought this TR 76 recently from a local KORG retailer. Are the SIMM slots supposed to be empty initially, I mean are you supposed to buy memory separately?
Nikola
Korg pa-800, Korg TR61, Roland g-800
Korg Kronos 61, Korg PA3X

Check this Nikola, What they are saying is this true?nikola81 wrote:Oh, i see. Well the thing is that you probably don't have enough RAM memory installed. The TR puts the new samples into a RAM memory. On a startup screen on the bottom you can see how much ram you have installed. You can find information on this forum where to buy RAM. You probably have 16 Mb now and you could try to load a sample at the time. Just open the folder name and load kmp files, that way you can load and organize your own set of samples.

Also, where can I find information to buy RAM for my KORG?

This is true only if you load/save Programs amd Drum Kits which use internal samples. In order to store and use your own samples you must install RAM.Rajat wrote:Check this Nikola, What they are saying is this true?nikola81 wrote:Oh, i see.
