Pads and samples

Hi,

I have questions about pads and samples if someone could help me out. When i change my pads in USER, they wont save, i try write it to global settings and each time it changes back to the original ones. And the other question is about Sample, I have alot of samples in my SET. and i want to change some of them but i am not able to replace it with any of the ones in USER. So how can i delete one and replace it with another? The memory is full, how can i delete some of them and put another in its place? Can someone please explain to me how to do it step by step, thanks
