Creating Scenes

Ok i am still not understanding everything about scenes...

1 How do i make my own and name them???

2 What is the point of the editor librarian??? I dont get it because you cant actually hear noise coming out of it but you can alter the instruments!!!

3 How do i use scenes that was giving to me by a friend, do i need too load them into the editor then on to my PK???
