SX not loading up...except backlight

My Sx wont load up. The only thing that happens when I turn it on is the LED lights up. That's it. No menu's or pad lights. Is this a software issue. It's getting power so doesn't seem to be a fuse issue. Could one of the tubes be loose?

Sounds still like a powersuply problem or a fuse to me...please check the following topic concerning the fuse blowout :

after reading, it does seem like a fuse problem. The thread doesn't explain how to by pass the fuse. I would like to try that first before replacing

Wow..this is a big problem with the electribes. I'm gonna take it to a local center for a fuse replacement that apparently korg will pay for.
