microx and AC adapter

My microx becomes very hot near the adapter's income and the adapter is very hot too. Is it normal?

I've noticed the same.. it gets really hot. I guess it's all within specifications.. but I wonder how long it will take to fail because of the heat.

Also the connector for the power supply feels *really* vulnerable.

yeh mine can get pretty warm

its just what they do, i wouldn't worry about it.
