lyrics included in mp3 files
Hi to all! I also have the outmost interest in finding out how to make my PA2x able to "read" the Id tag with Lyrics. I tried both suggestions previously posted here : the Media Player and the Lyred Pro options , and BOTH worked in my Pc , but none was readed by the PA2x. I really think that those of us interested in the subject should unite and express to Korg Italy our concern , and see if they can come up with an answer to this matter.
Thank You for your Time

no luck creating text within .mp3 files
Hello to all!
I tried Rob's comment usinglyred from winamp, and it shows the lyrics allright , but my Pa2x did not read the .lyr files at all. Ihave used regular .txt files , and it shows on screen , provided that both files have the same name with its correspondant extension . (.txt and .mp30) unfortunately , the text won't scroll. I am following with great interest this subject. I would like to know if anyone at Korg has been able to accomplish this.
Best regards

Mp3 on Pax2
Try using the Lyrioke-Maker and you'll see that the case works.

Lyrioke maker and text in mp3
There must be something that I am doing wrong here . I tried withLyrioke maker, but as it is in German , and I am not good at it ... how do we save the .mp3 back with its text attached? What should then be done with the Pa2x for it to be able to read the text ...and finally ... sill the text scroll as it does in Lyrioke maker?
Thanks
Thanks

Scrolling text in .Mp3 files is working in PA2X. Confirmed!!
Many thanks to eroplan . He planted the seed by sending me an mp3 file that has the scrolling text inside. I am in debt with him. He said in a previous post that Lyrioke maker would do the job for him . I tried it , but unfortunately my german is lousy , so I couldn't make the files work at all. But this is what I did: 1) I had a Melodyne pitch modified Beatles tune (one favorite of mine) so I could sing along and play piano on top of it (In my Life). I found Lyrics3Editor in the net recommended by some guy that I can't remember now in a "how to" create a karaoke file. I insisted with this software . And 1st I opened my beatles file 2) I clicked on the time stamp icon. Then with the mouse (it will show a small "hand "icon) I placed a time stamp in everyline as the song played. When finished I pressed File>execute plugin and ...voila! an mp3 files with lyrics (and chords if you want to) will be ready to be played in the PA2X AND the Lyrics will scroll in the text page following your time stamps. Just two things that made me sweat a little: Be sure to set you 0.00 mark at the beginning out of risk of not being able to display your lyrics!!. And , remember to have one of the new versions of Winamp installed !! I used 5.541
Good Luck! and let me know how it Goes! Enjoy
