nanoKontrol and live

So i went to set up my nanokontrol when i changed to a new live project all my presets where lost what is the correct way of mapping the controller to always work correctly. aka fader 1 controls channel 1 and so forth.

make a set and midi map everything how you like it.... save the live set as default set (in preferences)
