does this RAM suit PA1XPro Elite?

Post by shahab »

Hey guys,

I know I shouldn't open a new topic just for this, but would anyone help me please? I've found on this website:
http://www.pcmemory.com.au/html/product ... NSIMM.html
and it's reasonable price. Would it match?

yea shabab, it will work. But you can get it cheaper man. Just search on internet or go to an old computershop and ask for an Edo 72 pin simms. You can buy one of 16mb, 32 mb, etc. The pa will see it as an 16 mb module.

I have one of 32 mb, but pa see it as 16 mb, and you can use it normally.

Just go to a computershop and ask if they have a used 72 pin. Because ít is difficult to find new one. (is too old)

You will find it very cheap, because it's an old computer part.

Hi
Will this also work with PA1X , and does that mean it can store more info in the RAM?

hi denise,

It is the same system. So it will also work on pa1x. You can only add 16 mb ram. So in totally you get 32 mb ram.

"does that mean it can store more info in the RAM?"

Yeah you can store more samples. (drumkits, sounds)
