Are you talking about hooking it up to the KP3 editor? because I've noticed that if the System Ex (SYS.E) midi filter is on then your computer can't recognize- scratch that- it can't manipulate your KP3. My computer occasionally decides to stop recognizing my Kaoss pad and I just reinstal the drivers and/or mess with the configuration until it works.
Wait... What?
no i mean as just getting it connected at all.IAmBrigsUsername wrote:Are you talking about hooking it up to the KP3 editor? because I've noticed that if the System Ex (SYS.E) midi filter is on then your computer can't recognize- scratch that- it can't manipulate your KP3. Like salamanderanagram says, you're not gonna get much help if you don't give us much info.
What OS are you running?
Does your motherboard have the latest USB drivers installed?
Have you downloaded the latest drivers from Korg Support?
When you connect a powered-up KP3 to your computer, does the default PnP driver install from the KP3? (message appears from the taskbar if you're on PC)
Have you disabled driver signing?
I had problems with the Korg driver install exe, so I used Update Driver via Device Manager.
