Good Morning. George, and others as well

Against my better judgement, ... I want to add my name to the list of participants this cycle.

Be it known, that I will continue in the general vein of music you already have seen too much of from me..... but I want to find a way into the general area called, by many...

PoP music..

Maybe I will find a way this time.

Best Regards, and forgive me... :D :D

John...(Johnny)..., (ellll)

Ellll, I wish I knew of a way to help you get into a popier sound, as you've said this many times. I wonder if you could attempt something like Bacharach or some of that sixties style that had a soft rock rhythm yet was still very harmonic. Or try a smooth jazz style with your own brand of hamonics, that could be interesting, maybe just start out with a rhythm that you like and improvise over it, we've got nothing but patience and encouragement here for whatever people are working on.

Thanx, George!!, for the encouragement...and Botega for the kind words....!

I am just a tad out of step with the general genre.... but I do admit it is me, and my heart is wound tight when I play....don't know any other way to say it but the true way I feel....

I have been thinking about a try at some ambient electrronica maybe...

Best regards....

I do promise to see and comment for all, .... whatever it brings.....

Just a reminder here, for those continuing, we get a month off at KF. Hey, we'll take what we can. OSAM 4 will begin in March. I know, I know, you're already to post your first tune, go to the Pocono's or Carnival or something and return with fresh ideas for party music.

I think I'll pass this time. I'm already late with my Jan song (not to mention the reviews) and I feel like taking a brake.

Hey

Straight up newbie here...in fact just figured out how to get a song into MP3 format last night. For now I'm sure I'm workin with some pretty primative equipment...but maybe this will be a good way to earn some tutoring. Count me in!

One song a month starting in March, and do we post in here?
