ok, for this year I add a little clause to my contract: if I won't finish a song in time or I won't have at least something in mp3 as draft I won't drink beer for 10 days that month!

Is there someplace I officially sign up for this or is it right here?

Are there any specific rules to these?

Sorry, but this was last year's challenge. As far as I know there is no OSAM starting up for this year as the last one peter'ed out long before the end. Maybe you can start up a group yourself. No harm in trying.
