Sending Sys data through extreme possible ?

I won't bore you with the details of WHY we need this kind of setup but i will get straight to the point.

-Extreme connected to a Mac/PC via USB[MIDI mode]
-Another synth is connected to Extreme's "through" port
-Sys Exclusive data for "SYNTH 2" is sent from PC to Korg-MIDI port (remember this is a USB pretending to be MIDI)

Will that data go through the extreme and actually get to synth 2 ?

All my equipment flew to canada 2 days ago, so i am not able to check. But i need to know, so i can organize some stuff for the gig, before i actually fly out later this week.

SO i need to know will Sysex data for another synth go through extreme?

I will try this setup today (that is in around 10 hours when I am back studio) and will let know of the result... too late?

No, that would be great! I fly out in around 15 hours so, i would still be able to view this forum before i leave. Thanks so much!

the result is: USB MIDI In signal is not passed to MIDI THRU (while MIDI DIN In -> THRU works of course). So the answer is no - it will not pass to Synth2 that way. Note that my OS version is 1.0.2 but I rather doubt this feature has been added in the update.
