ADSR question

I am trying to figure out how long it takes for the attack to reach its maximum when the attack knobs are turned fully clockwise, i tried this using a sound editor and i got 23 seconds , has anyone else tried this or do they know the actual settings ?

Measuring ADR was much easier and probably much more closer to accurate since all I had to do was time the value. I measured the attack and set D&R to 0 so that I got a rising volume and then sudden silence. By measuring from the moment I hit the key to silence, I could get a pretty good idea of the time.

127- 27 seconds
124- 23 s
122- 13 s
117- 9 s
107- 4 s
86 - 1.6 s
66 - 1 second
50 - 0.5 s
35 -0.3 s
20 - 0.1 s
10 -0.05 s (edited)
0 - 0 s
