KORG PA2XPRO LED FAILURE

Post by robiyea »

FOR KORG ITALY AND FOR ALL PA2XPRO USERS.
The problems with failed LED's are more serious than the KORG Italy thinks, and the number of faulty LED instrument users increases. If you are on the stage with no visual controls ... thanx God, that my PA2XPro is not a plane!!!
Like car manufacturers repair their cars for free if there are many failure reports from customers, KORG should repair their products too. LED's are there, they should work properly, if not, it is a big problem.
Question for KORG: Who will pay the shipping costs, which are not cheap for over 18 kilo heavy PA2XPro, to send it from Canary Islands to nearest KORG repair center??? And also, I bought my keyboard to work for me, not to wait until it came back from repair.
For almost 3000 Euro state of the art instrument I expected better quality.
When I look to my oldtimer Poly800 and decade old i30 still perfect working LED's, I wonder what went wrong with PA2XPro?
Thank You, Guys.

Of course Korg needs to pay all expenses. Who else? They make a faulty product so they need to replace it.
