Distortion and volume problem

Could anybody tell me how you set volume for each program in combi mode when one program is routed through overdrive/distortion effect? Simply lowering level in the mixer only decreases distortion but not volume. Is there a solution?

Open up the settings page for the effect and turn down the volume of it there. This will give you exactly what your looking for.
