Eliminating the "Punch"

Hey guys, sorry if it's a noobish question, but I was wondering if anyone could help me eliminate the "punch" in a bass sound, specifically "A011: SiniSTAR Bass" on the X50. I've been messing with this patch, but can't find a correct way to stop the hit effect if I for example lower the Cutoff knob.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
