I have a triton le and few days ago when I powered it on, I got a blank screen. The display backlight works, but nothing on the screen. On top of that no buttons are lit or any other led's.
Did anyone else have the same issue? Does it sound like the main board is shot, and does anyone know what a new mainboard runs for this beast?
if the backlight comes on, then it is almost impossible for it to be the fuse, as power is getting to the backlight.
however, as you say, it isn't booting.
I would say a firmware problem or damage to the main logic board.
best thing to do would be to contact korg, or take it to a service centre / qualified service tech.

Yes, there is an issue with the main board. I called Korg first to check on the price of the main board, but was told that it is discontinued and repairs can only be performed at a component level now. I also called a few authorized service centers and was told that the repair would run at least $300. For about $100 more I can buy a new-used one.
So needles to say, I have a Triton LE-61 that I am parting out. Everything is in good condition except the main board.
