Just looking at the image you can see all of the buttons on the left and the text and buttons around the joystick are superimposed. I haven't even looked at the rest of the image yet on my 13.5in macbook, but this certainly appears to be a joke.

I also doubt that after the triton and trinity and M3 and M50 and even the OASYS that KORG would change their two switches above the joystick to a three button configuration. its unnecesary and makes no sense. The truth is that most hands on controls on a synth don't get used anyway, I can't see an extra button being useful.

The scale setting section in particular looks badly superimposed (see the shadows and funny angles on the top edges of the buttons, and the rough lines around the edges that do not match the rest of the panelling) - also, why not just use an octave of the keyboard or chord recognition? I just don't think it fits into KORG's product design.

and don't you think they would use the same style buttons throughout the whole front panel instead of using some oversized push (instead of click) buttons for the scale section?

Next to that, karma doesn't make much sense without a full set of sliders and controlls

Do you ?

I seem to remember some great photoshop art from your hands too :P

On another note, the only thing thats constant in these PA3X fakes is the addition of KARMA to an arranger..

Korg must now by now that everyone is hoping for this and some great software tooling for controlling the PA from your PC and vice versa..

Korg will never use this old buttons for scale-memos.
And Korg will use other buttons. The hard buttons on the PA2 are not the best. And the display would be bigger.
Its a fake...
Best regards from germany

The definite reason this is a fake is the Karma logo. Also as you say, the p**s-artist has also omitted Karma control buttons and sliders.

Stephen Kay has said to me at least three times when I've asked him that he will never develop a Karma version for an arranger. I even offered to pay for a Karma PC development for Pa keyboards, and he is not interested, unfortunately.

He has dropped various hints on his Karma Lab forum, hoping Korg will one day update the M3 embedded Karma to the latest version (v3 Karma as per Open Labs), but that's the only suggestion he has made concerning Korg products as far as I know.

From the Korg PA team, everything is quiet, I've heard nothing for almost a year. Anyone still there in Italy?

Regards,
Rob
