Also interesting -- the M50 61 can be found pretty easily on the Internet for 800 bucks or thereabouts. Looks like he's trying to make a profit as well.

While I sympathise that manuals aren't always that good, the OP should seriously reevaluate his attitude - Help has been given, but ignored :?

I Totally agree on the problematics creating sounds from scratch with this gear.
Im a totally "newbie" in this field (workstations), after 15 years of editing numerous other synths.
Menu diving IS difficult, but you find what u want when u strip your demands to simple things. In Ex. start by using of just ONE single OSC and applying FX and Envelopes to that.
When you get the hang of it move on to next stage. InEx. a second OSC, Combi modes, Seq, etc, etc,
The key is to take one step at the time and focus!
Dont read the whole manual, just the parts that you understand for the moment.
