The worst choice ever!

Post by tablet »

I see here guys trying to solve the problems with patches and fixes?
Are we serious?I bought this crap before 2 years for 2000euros and now new has 950 hahahahah.f*ck*ng unprofessional things.
For example Tascam fw 1884 a model that is in market for more than 6 years had never lost it's value.6 years the same price..
Why?Cause it's very good controller-mixer best buy in it's category.
Come on guys if you want to make serius produces you would never buy
this damn thing.And I repeat it's a hardware problem not software.If you
own this try to sell it or better burn it.Cause you never going to do serious
productions with gear like this one.

as much as you may very well be right....whats the point of that post?

For somethings however the Zero8 is fairly unique...as a mixer for my liveset (machinedrum, synths, mpc etc) where no computer is involved it serves as a great mixer with in-built fx, kaoss pad and midi control of hardware synths.

oh and one more thing...

"never going to do serious productions with gear like this one" ?

Yeah you're totally right?!?! NO decent music has ever been made using non-proffessional gear...ever.
I'd buy a $5000 SSL desk if I were you..your tracks will be s**t hot then!
give a great producer a korg zero8 and I'm sure he''ll make some "professional productions".

The idea of zero 8 and 4 is great but the result is crap.
I believe that If tascam or mackie or roland made that console
nobody would have any problem..The idea of this post is to warn people not
to buy this crap.

Also I believe a great producer would made a perfect production with console
but with lots and lots of noise......
