You don't. That's not merely a vocoder. That's production studio vocal glitch. Good luck trying to reproduce it, since the band itself doesn't even bother to do it themselves when performing live. You can't just plug in a vocoder patch and expect that to come out. There's lots of studio production techniques that can't easily be reproduced. It's like trying to put together a puzzle without any of the pieces.

Try using the R3's Grain-Shifter effect. You could get quite close with that. It takes very precise programming though.
