OS freezing!!!

I purchase my M50 about a week ago, and when i open box & try turn it on, i was disappointed. i saw message on the screen "uptading right panel", "updating left panel" and then "ERROR OCCURED, turn off power".
After 5 attempts of restsart i saw "COMPLETED" and it started to work, but after couple minutes it froze up !!! After restarting everything seems ok, but not long...
I switched to 1.0.5 OS. (from 1.1.0) and back, nothing..
I know that some of you have the same problem, and how you solve it if so ??? Thanks

Yes, you rigt 61
But I just solve it.!!!!
it's a hardware problem, but not so critical.
It just a bad connector's contact between mainboard (board with alluminium shield under touchscreen) and left panel (panel with buttons and knobs).
Connector was not completly inserted!

Unfortunately no,
but it's simple,
All that you need it's a screwdriver and littlebit of bold.
