Korg Pa588 - stretch tuning doesn't work

Hi

I purchased Korg Pa588 a month ago. I would like to inform you, that the standard OS 1.00 of this instrument (no updates so far available) must be buggy, as the stretched tuning of this instrument doesn't work at all.

I reinstalled the OS and musical resources, but no effect. I even checked the sounds with a chromatic tuner: all sounds tune exactly as for equal temperament.

Is there a chance for a software update to solve this issue?
Thank you for any help, stretch tuning for piano is very important to me.
