VOXX Vocoder for Atari

My name is Donovan, the creator of the Atari Music Network. Could someone point me in the right direction for contacting the software developer of Atari VOXX?

I send a PM with a link to my homepage to Donovan at other forum because after registering there, my posts don't get published (waiting for a moderator release which I can't understand). As my homepage has no e-mail adress due spam protection, he took the reference to this forum. Besides Vocoders are a bit "in-topic" here
