A WAV file is a recording of audio - e.g. a sample of something.
The radias generates its audio from scratch on the fly using a technique called 'synthesizing'. When synthesizing, there are a number of modules or 'building blocks' and each has its own parameters - those that you see as knobs on the front panel and the extended parameters you access through the screen.

So a set of parameters that tells the electronic components (or in this case DSP processes in a chip) what to do, is very different from an actual recording in many ways, and with almost all synthesizers it is impossible to go from a recorded WAV file to a set of parameters that would make that sound again. It's like trying to get the ingredients back out of the cake!

It does have some samples built in though, which are available in Oscillator 1 under the PCM waveform section. In there are some EPs (electric Piano - e.g. Wurly and Rhodes), electric organs, clavs, guitars, basses, strings, and choral pads.

You can use these as the starting point to a patch before you take it further by using filter modulation and envelopes etc to make the sound more expressive and realistic.

Also, there are a number of different 'flavours' of rhodes sound. I have made some EP sounds from physical modeling and clever detuning that sound very realistic whilst not using the built in samples...
