whining noise on Korg PA50

Hi
I just bought a Korg PA50 and use it live along with a Ketron XD9.
Problem is it whines through my PA system even with the volume down. if i swap the leads from the Ketron and plug them into the korg its still the same way!!! has anyone else noticed this. it also happens if you plug in headphones.

Any suggestions or i'll have to use a noise gate!

Yes, I am also facing the same problem, I think. anoise when connecting the output, and if I push the volume slider on Maximum, then sometimes it reduces. My PA50 is not new

This is a problem with all PA50 I think. I have my second one now, and with both I owned I have the same issue.

The less level of that noise is with the slider 2/3 of the volume. Then it gets to an acceptable level, still audible though.
